If snow and ice have accumulated, shovel and salt your driveway and walkways. This keeps guests from slipping and thinking the property is poorly maintained.

Also, keep in mind your listing agent may bring prospective buyers to your home with short notice. This means you need to tackle the snow soon in case of a surprise visit.
